Job Description Position: Part-Time RN Nursing Supervisor Location: Vancouver, WA (Office + Home Visits; Hybrid based on branch needs) Schedule: 16–20 hours per week | Training: 3–4 weeks (in-office) Payrate: $38–$40 per hour Aveanna Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest home health providers, is seeking a Part-Time RN Nursing Supervisor to support clinical excellence and guide field staff in the Vancouver, WA area. This role offers flexibility, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring safe, high-quality care for patients in home settings. Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee patient care from admission through discharge, • Conduct onsite supervisory visits and evaluate patient, caregiver, and home environment, • Ensure equipment and care supplies are available and functioning properly, • Provide direct patient care as needed, • Supervise, train, and mentor clinical field staff, • Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives, • Review and update care plans and documentation Required: • Active RN license (WA state) in good standing, • Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience, • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and MVR clearance, • Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC), • Experience in home health, pediatrics, or skilled nursing supervision, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, kneel, and reposition patients as needed, • Exposure to various home environments and potential allergens, • Flexible part-time schedule, • Supportive multidisciplinary clinical team, • Professional growth and leadership opportunities, • Mileage reimbursementCompany DescriptionAbout the Team Since 1918, Covenant has been driven by a mission of providing a Christian ministry of healing and caring for the whole person through our integrated health network in West Texas/eastern New Mexico.
