Why You’ll Love It Here Compensation & Earning Potential • $45,000 base salary, • Uncapped commissions – you control your upside, • Monthly & quarterly sales incentives and bonuses, • Yr 1 Total Comp Target: $75,000 – $90,000+, • Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Disability, Commuter Benefits, Insurance & Wellness programs, • Generous PTO – vacation, sick time, holidays plus a paid winter break, • A competitive, energetic office environment where people like to win and have fun doing it, • Direct mentorship from senior industry professionals and leaders, • Clear growth path into Senior Business Consultant, Recruiter, or Sales Leadership roles, • Monthly contests, performance-based rewards, and recognition for top performers What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the front line of Elite Consulting Partners – the first voice and impression for prospective clients and advisors. • Drive top-of-funnel activity by being the first point of contact for financial advisors considering a transition or new opportunity, • Make outbound calls directly to financial advisors across the country (this is a phone-heavy, activity-driven role), • Qualify leads and set up opportunities for our Senior Business Consultants, • Own your pipeline – log, track, and manage all outreach and activity in our CRM to hit metrics and goals, • Build and nurture long-term relationships with advisors and centers of influence, • Prospect and network for referrals to create new business opportunities, • Partner with the team to hit and exceed sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a winning culture Who Thrives in This Role This isn’t a “clock in, clock out” job.
