We are not a traditional accounting firm—we are a people-first, client-service organization that operates more like a sales and marketing company than a back-office tax practice. That means our focus is on relationships, communication, and problem-solving—not crunching numbers. Why This Job is Different · No tax or accounting experience required – prior office experience preferred · No cold calling – all warm leads and existing clients (we invest heavily in marketing including radio, TV commercials, billboards, Google ads, direct mail, and more — we do not rely solely on referrals) · People business, not a numbers business – success here comes from relationships, listening, and problem-solving · Career path option – while not required, we will fully support you if you choose to pursue becoming a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney. • We’ve successfully hired associates with no degree or tax/accounting background and mentored them into licensed EAs. This path is available for anyone ambitious and interested, regardless of background. · Technology-driven – a big part of the role is working in our CRM system, learning new software, and helping us implement AI and automation to streamline processes. You must be tech-savvy and comfortable working on computers, multiple monitors, and adopting new tools quickly. Perks Snapshot · Full training provided – no tax background needed · Warm leads only – never cold calling · Clear growth path (optional EA/CPA licensing if desired) · Fast-growing company = advancement opportunities Compensation Range: $47,750 – $60,750 annually (depending on experience), plus potential performance bonus. • Candidates on the lower end of the range will bring prior office or customer service experience, strong people skills, and the willingness to learn., • Candidates on the higher end of the range will have deeper experience in client service, office administration, or marketing support, demonstrate strong technology/CRM skills, and show the ability to add value beyond administrative work. A Day in the Life · Talking with clients on the phone to update them on their case · Calling the IRS to request information or negotiate resolutions · Following up with existing warm leads who already reached out for help · Organizing case details and communications in our CRM system · Drafting letters, scanning notices, and keeping case files updated · Collaborating with team members to find creative solutions for clients What You’ll Do · Client Service & Case Management · Onboard new clients and serve as their main point of contact · Spend much of your day on the phone with the IRS, clients, and prospects · Provide status updates, collect documents, and keep cases moving forward · Draft letters, respond to tax notices, and assist in resolving client issues · Lead Nurturing & Relationship Support · Follow up with warm leads and existing prospects only (never cold calling) · Build relationships with clients and prospects who already came to us through our marketing channels · Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm · Office & Administrative Support · Organize case files, notices, and client documents · Work extensively in our CRM software to manage cases and client communications · Learn and adopt new software tools as part of daily operations · Assist in improving systems, processes, and workflows with AI and technology solutions · Ensure confidentiality and attention to detail · Support team operations with scanning, filing, and scheduling tasks · Growth & Training · Receive hands-on training in tax resolution and client management · Attend professional development workshops and seminars · Optional career track to become a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney (not required, but available if you want it) What We’re Looking For · Strong people skills – you enjoy talking with clients and prospects on the phone daily · Problem-solver who can think on your feet and help clients achieve their goals · Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment · Prior office or customer service experience strongly preferred · Tech-savvy – comfortable working on computers, multi-monitor setups, and eager to adopt new tools including AI-based solutions · Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – training provided if needed · Positive, adaptable, and excited to help grow a company · Entrepreneurial mindset—excited by the opportunity to help grow a company Schedule • Monday to Friday (typically 9-5), • In-office P.S. and Final Note This is not just another office job.
