Job DescriptionSalary: $28.00 per hour + Performance Based Commission JOB SUMMARY To serve the Lord by advancing Forest Homes mission through proactive partnership. The Program Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in growing Forest Homes outreach by managing inbound and outbound sales for camp programs. This work directly contributes to fostering ministry relationships that inspire long-term commitment, allowing for transformational encounters with Jesus Christ and life-changing experiences at Forest Home. The Program Sales Coordinator works under the direction of the Manager of Sales and Marketing to: • Drive Program Sales: Engage in both inbound and outbound sales efforts to promote and secure participation in Forest Home programs, reaching new churches and deepen relationships with existing, • Support Program Retention & Rebooking: Partner with the Reservations and Program teams to proactively rebook returning churches and families, ensuring a seamless experience that strengthens long-term relationships and drives year-over-year retention., • Track and Report Sales Activity: Utilize CRM tools to log communication, manage leads, and provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline activity, and partnership health., • Coordinate Partner Communication: Support marketing efforts by sharing timely updates, promotional materials, and important information with church contacts and partners. This is a full-time position based in Southern California. Weekly travel to Forest Home in Forest Falls is required during the summer camp season, along with travel throughout Southern California, including Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, as well as Arizona and Nevada. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Sales / Contract Management * • Leads the process of acquiring Forest Home Program contracts, • Initiates, develops & maintains relationships with key stakeholders. This includes partner program Pastors, representatives & decision makers., • Actively manages the development of the Program Pipeline of new and existing, • Initiates and participates in daily outbound phone calls and face-to-face appointments to secure new contracts and maintain existing, • Manages the development of new partnerships via team prospecting of past customers, cross-selling, targeted lists, referrals, networking opportunities, conferences, donors & board members. Provides camp tours for prospective partners as needed., • Accurately documents all engagement and follow-up activity in the CRM system. Guest & Partner Engagement * • Cultivate relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for church partners for Youth and Childrens programs., • Support follow-up & rebooking: Lead timely check-ins and rebooking conversations, outlining clear next steps and encouraging annual participation., • Ensure seamless hand-offs: Work closely with Reservations and Program teams to deliver a high-touch, coordinated guest experience before and after camp., • Re-engage past church prospects and Family Camp attendees: Proactively reach out to previous Family Camp families as well as past Youth and Childrens Camp churches to strengthen engagement and retention across all ministry areas., • Document every touchpoint: Log calls, emails, and meetings in the CRM to provide accurate, up-to-date records of all engagement and follow-through.
