Job Description Title: Marketing Assistant Industry: manufacturing Location: Carrollton, Texas Salary: $55,000-58,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Start: negotiable Summary: The Marketing Assistant will support our Dallas office in day-to-day marketing and sales activities. This position is entry-level and ideal for a candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the fiber optics industry. The role will provide training and opportunities to grow into more advanced marketing and business responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing and organizing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, website updates), • Support marketing campaigns and trade show/event activities., • Conduct simple research on market trends and competitors., • Maintain customer and sales databases., • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team., • Assist with internal and external communication. Skills and Qualifications: • Good written and verbal communication skills., • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Detail-oriented and organized., • Ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow instructions., • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in technology., • Internship or part-time work experience in office, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required., • Knowledge of social media or digital marketing tools is helpful., • Bilingual ability (English/Japanese or English/Chinese) preferred.
