Position Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers, offering product recommendations that meet their needs., • Provide detailed information on the products, delivery options, and services offered by Orville’s Appliances, Inc., • Use the CRM tool, Tyler, to document and track customer interactions and purchases., • Finalize sales, including coordinating delivery and installation, and follow up with customer’s post-purchase., • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked., • Process payments through various methods, including in-store financing., • Track inventory levels and restock products as needed., • High School Diploma or GED equivalent., • Experience preferred, but not necessary; training will be provided., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software., • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner., • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude., • Excellent verbal communication and general math skills., • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., • Capacity for prolonged sitting and standing during work hours.
