Code Chapters 71-73., • Experience in soil testing, percolation tests, and site evaluations., • Ability to review and evaluate sewage permit applications for regulatory and technical compliance., • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous recordkeeping and reporting., • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders., • Preferred experience in construction, plumbing, soils, surveying, or environmental inspection; college-level coursework in environmental science, biology, geology, or a related field.
