Ensure regular and effective communication with all physicians involved in residents’ care to assist with Medication Reconciliation, especially for residents seeing multiple doctors. Ensure all paraprofessional staff (PCA/HHA/Medication Aides) receive in-service education on health/wellness related topics, compliance topics, and other relevant topics as per the regulatory requirement. ? Interview, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, promote, and terminate HHAs with Administrator. ? Refer Resident service problems to the appropriate Department Managers, Case Management Director, and Administrator as necessary. ?
