Ellie Mental Health in Greenwood Village is a clinician led and veteran owned practice that is structured to remove many of the daily obstacles of a provider. What You Can Expect From Us: • Highly competitive target compensation between $53,000-$63,000 depending on your licensing, experience, language proficiency, and the volume of mental health services you provide, • Flexible scheduling - set your own schedule! We invest heavily in advertising to bring in new clients, • Full benefits, and then some:, • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance options, • 401K, • Life and Disability Insurance, • Paid Time-Off, • Paid Holidays (including your birthday!), • Professional Development - Free CEUs and an annual training budget, • Paid weekly clinical consult time, • FREE clinical supervision - Yes, FREE!, • Snacks, coffee, tea and drinks!, • A great, fun team culture and a beautiful space to practice, • True work/life balance (because thats what you deserve)What We Will Expect From You:, • For full-time status, clinicians must provide a minimum of 25 billable clinical hours per week (typically meaning scheduling a few over that each week to account for cancellations), • Evaluate clients needs and mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy, • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community, • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines, • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, school staff as needed, and other Ellie staff, • Communicate and coordinate with clients on their payment responsibilities, including collecting co-pays and client balances (our fantastic Billers cover the insurance claims!), • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings (don't worry, it's not a lot), • Conduct limited outreach activities in support of the clinic and your own caseload (dont worry, just talk about what you love doing!), • Contribute to a thriving team cultureRequired Qualifications and Skills:, • Respectful, inclusive, professional, flexible, collaborative, and team-before-me mentality, • Candidates are required to have at least a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, • This opening is for our Full-Time Pay Level 1, which is for recently graduated, pre-licensed clinicians only, • Candidates must be a clinical candidate (LPCC, LSW) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado, • Candidates must be able to practice in both English and Spanish, • Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes, • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, • Ability to complete and submit clinical documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, • Proficient in using technology, app-based phone software, and Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams, and/or able to quickly learn new workplace software and systems, • Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, • If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a home office that is professional, private, and HIPAA-compliant, • Willing to undergo a background check, reference checks, and U.S. work authorization checkPreferred Experience, Skills and Abilities:, • Able to work at the clinic in-person on Fridays, afternoons, and some early evenings - most other days and times flexible for remote; weekends also available (in-person Saturday mornings or remote Sat/Sun), • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, • Already credentialed with insurance panels, • A great sense of humor won't hurt - we love to laugh!
