Work environment where they genuinely care about you Many perks & benefits Job Details The Associate will work on sophisticated employee benefits and executive compensation matters, with a strong focus on corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions involving private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on executive compensation arrangements in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions Review and analyze qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans Conduct due diligence and draft benefits-related provisions for transactional documents Assist private equity clients and corporate clients with benefits compliance and structuring matters Draft, review, and negotiate compensation and benefits-related agreements Qualifications: 2–5 years of strong employee benefits and executive compensation experience Experience supporting corporate transactions, particularly involving private equity, is highly preferred Familiarity with executive compensation arrangements, qualified retirement plans, and welfare benefit plans Strong academic credentials Excellent drafting and writing skills Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Immediately transferable skills Requirements: Active member of the Bar in the state in which you will reside, or ability to waive in Must reside in or relocate to one of the listed metro areas at or prior to hire Minimum of 2+ years of transferable experience Interested in hearing more?
