About the Role The Digital Customer Success Manager (DCSM) is a critical member of our Customer Success organization supporting our Emerging Market customer segment, consisting of approximately 250 customers. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class, digital-first customer experience through scaled engagement, proactive outreach, and data-driven guidance.
