This is a direct hire opportunity.Hours: 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm, some flexibilitySalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance; 401k with company match; Paid holidays and vacation timeFacilities Maintenance Coordinator / Administrator Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities and maintenance requests from store managers and internal teams, • Manage work orders through the ticketing system, tracking each from submission to completion, • Coordinate vendor and technician scheduling, follow-ups, and work completion confirmation, • Maintain accurate records of service activity, invoices, and compliance documentation (e.g., Certificates of Insurance), • Support lease abstracting, vendor onboarding, move-in/move-out logistics, and periodic site inspections, • Coordinate quotes and billing for above-standard service requests (e.g., HVAC, lighting upgrades), • Onboard new store managers to the maintenance platform and internal workflows, • Support invoice tracking and budget compliance per company procedures, • Maintain tenant service standards through consistent communication and engagementFacilities Maintenance Coordinator / Administrator Requirements:, • Customer focus & responsiveness, • Strong organizational & time management skills, • Verbal & written communication proficiency, • Ability to multi-task & prioritization in a fast-paced environment, • Demonstrate initiative & problem solving, • Sense of urgency and accountability, • Team collaboration, • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, facilities coordination or property management, • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, • Experience with maintenance management platforms, such as UpKeep, ServiceChannel, MaintainX, • Familiarity with lease administration, vendor coordination and billingThis position is one of great responsibility and requires a dedicated, hardworking individual who can meet the sometimes-demanding requirements of the job.
