Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – Progressive Care Location: Atlantis, FL Schedule: Full-time • Mixed Shifts (No Weekends) Position Summary The RN Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through the oversight of daily operations, staffing, and clinical excellence within the Progressive Care Unit. This role includes monitoring and evaluating nursing care practices, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and holding staff accountable for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
