We’re Actively Seeking Instructors With Experience In: • Sports & Fitness: Soccer, basketball, football, general fitness, • Arts & Culture: Dance, music, theater, visual arts, • STEM & Academics: Robotics, coding, chess, academic support, • Wellness & Life Skills: Nutrition, mindfulness, general wellness Program Start Date: Programs are anticipated to begin in August 2026, in alignment with the academic calendar. Compensation • Programs are compensated at $30–$50 per hour, per session, depending on experience, program type, and assignment, • Actual schedules and total weekly hours may vary based on program assignment, school needs, and student enrollment Key Responsibilities • Lead age-appropriate enrichment classes for youth participants, • Deliver engaging sessions in your area(s) of expertise (e.g., sports, arts, STEM, wellness), • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, • Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence-building, • Implement lesson plans aligned with program expectations, • Maintain professional communication with school staff and program coordinators, • Support positive behavior management strategies What You’ll Do • Facilitate fun, structured, and educational after-school sessions, • Support student growth through interactive and hands-on activities, • Contribute to programs designed to positively impact youth development Requirements • Prior experience working with children (teaching, coaching, mentoring, or similar) preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to lead group activities in a structured setting, • Reliable, professional, and punctual, • Must be authorized to work in the United States, • Competitive hourly pay, • Flexible weekly schedule, • Lesson plans, materials, and full support provided, • Opportunity to teach what you love and specialize in, • A warm, inclusive, and mission-driven community Apply today and join the HOKALI team!
