This role involves delivering therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in a compassionate, professional, and effective manner. The Primary Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis:, • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations., • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations., • Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and techniques., • Therapeutic Services:, • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions., • Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions., • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary., • Facilitate crisis intervention and stabilization as required., • Case Management:, • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers., • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation., • Advocate for patient needs and assist with accessing community resources and support services., • Collaboration and Consultation:, • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences., • Provide consultation and training to other staff members as needed., • Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in the field., • Compliance and Ethical Practice:, • Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards, including HIPAA regulations., • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and accreditation standards., • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.Qualifications:, • Education and Licensure:, • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field., • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist., • Experience:, • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting., • Experience providing therapy in individual, group, and family settings., • Experience with a diverse client population, including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness., • Skills and Abilities:, • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team., • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems., • Strong organizational and time management skills.Working Conditions:, • Full-time position with a standard workweek.
