Job Description ✨ Office Assistant – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Pediatric & Adult Speech Therapy Clinic | El Paso, TX We are a small, fast-paced speech therapy clinic looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and emotionally steady Office Assistant who enjoys helping people and keeping systems running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and teamwork. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and families—both in person and on the phone—so professionalism, warmth, and focus are essential. What You’ll Do • Greet patients and families with warmth, clarity, and professionalism, • Answer a high volume of phone calls and schedule appointments accurately, • Communicate confidently in English and Spanish, in person and by phone, • Manage daily administrative tasks and support the Office Manager, • Handle paperwork, records, and data entry with strong attention to detail, • Follow established systems while adapting to a fast-moving day, • Accept feedback, correct mistakes, and apply learning immediately, • Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required), • Stay calm and organized when juggling multiple tasks and interruptions, • Feel comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients all day, • Take ownership of your work and communicate clearly when unsure, • Are dependable, coachable, and value structure and accountability This is not a quiet desk job.
