Job DescriptionDescription: Licensed Therapist (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) Location: Multiple locations in Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN (currently more limited space available at our St. Paul sites) Employment Options: W2 Full-Time (24 sessions/week) or Part-Time (12 sessions/week) and 1099 Independent Contractor (8 sessions/week) are Available (Full-Time Preferred) LynLake is growing and we’re looking for licensed therapists to join our team! LynLake Centers for WellBeing is an integrative group mental health and wellness practice with over 240 interdisciplinary clinicians and staff. Our goal is to embody our core values of creativity, integrity, and inclusivity while providing excellent mental health care and optimal clinician work experience. We have multiple office locations across the Twin Cities, MN, and we offer both in-person and remote/hybrid services. Our work environment includes: • Established group practice with high contracted rates with insurance companies, • Integrative coordination of care with In-house referrals, • Autonomy and accountability, • Trauma-informed business development As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions. A Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for: • Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy, • Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations., • Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration., • Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans., • Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed., • Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices., • Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH., • Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities., • Licensed as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board., • Works with children under the age of 13 years old, • Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy., • Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services., • 1099 – $103,022/year or $82.55 per session Trauma informed BIPoC, AAPI, LGBTQIA2+ and multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
