Compensation: $72,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting, • Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), • Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans, • Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support, • Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching, • Participate in the staff interview process, • Participate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needs, • Master’s Degree, • Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), • Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued, • Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valued Preferred Skills: • Dedication to clinical excellence, • A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calmness and patience, • Compassionate with a high EQ, • Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership, and parents/caregivers, • Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRTAbout Company Atlas is an organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young learners between the ages of 2-7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
