This role blends dispatching, relationship management, and persuasion, working closely with owner-operators to move freight efficiently. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, comfort influencing decisions, and the ability to build trust with independent drivers. As the primary link between drivers, customers, and internal teams, youll coordinate freight, problem-solve in real time, and learn how to balance service, efficiency, and profitability. This position is onsite Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
