Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Wound Care, • Discipline: RN, • Duration: Ongoing, • Employment Type: Staff Description: Work Schedule: 80% FTE, 8-hour day shifts, scheduled between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends, no holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. The main office is located at University Hospital with travel required to various locations. This position will function primarily in the outpatient settings/clinics and primarily care for the ostomy patient population. This position requires specific ostomy knowledge, therefore, certification in wound and ostomy is highly preferred. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: • Collaborate as a key resource for patients, staff, and providers for wound, ostomy, continence, and skin care. This position will focus primarily on the urological and fecal ostomy patient population., • Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers., • Assist a team of specialists treating many types of chronic and hard-to-heal wounds as needed.
