Housekeeper Job Summary: The housekeepers responsible for maintaining a clean, safe an odor free atmosphere at Dumont Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in all public areas and residents accommodations, including residents rooms, spa area, utility rooms, storage and linen rooms as well as monitor supplies in these areas. Must ensure floors are clean at all times to ensure high standards of sanitation. Check supplies and inventory and inspects and coordinates cleaning of vacated and new admission rooms. Maintains clean atmosphere throughout Dumont Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care. Ø Cleans and makes resident beds including wiping down the mattress. Ø Cleans resident rooms, including bathroom and resident items (wheelchair, commode, etc...). Ø Maintains adequate supplies such as bathroom tissue, paper towels and hand soap, including replenishing soap dispenser and paper towel machines. Ø Notify maintenance for removal of curtains when they need cleaning. Maintains clean atmosphere in all public areas, including dining rooms, dayrooms, public bathrooms. Ø Dust and wet mop all offices, elevators, stairwells, nurse’s stations, counters, etc. Ø Clean the elevators tracks daily. Ø Dust/Vacuum/Mop corridors twice daily. Ø All common areas should be mopped and vacuumed twice a day(lobby, vestibule, etc...). Ø Clean hallways, baseboards and windows daily. Ø Remove trash from all areas. Ø Report any needed repairs to supervisor. Maintains high quality floor surfaces. Ø >Strip/ Wax/Buff floors when needed. Ø Vacuum and extract carpeted surfaces. Checks supplies and inventory and informs supervisor when low. Inspects and coordinates cleaning in procedures and/or equipment to maintain high standards and safe working conditions. Job Description Westchester Reform Temple [WRT] is an established house of worship located in Scarsdale, New York, and serves over 1,000 households as members of the congregation. WRT operates two buildings on its campus, is active 7 days-a-week, and provides a wide variety of activities through regular worship services, special celebrations and events, life-cycle events, after-school classes, pre-school classes and adult education opportunities. This full-time position reports to the Facilities Manager, and must also work closely with senior staff. The utmost courtesy and calm professionalism are expected at all times, in every interaction with supervisors, coworkers, community participants and outside vendors. This role includes late shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, a long day on Friday, and Saturday mornings (off on Sunday and Monday). Special events, monthly meetings and Jewish holidays will change this schedule often. Summer months will also have a different shift schedule. Under the direction of the Senior Administrator of Population Health, the Director of Clinical Applications (DCA) leads and actively executes the optimization and effective use of clinical applications, with a primary focus on the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) and integrated systems. This role aligns technology strategies with the evolving operational needs of Primary Care (La Casa de Salud a Federally Qualified Health Center) and Acacia Network Behavioral Health programs to maximize system utility and support high-quality care. The DCA serves as the primary liaison for the EMR/EHR (NextGen and AWARDS) and related clinical applications, translating user needs into actionable system improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both directing and performing work related to system integration, interoperability, customization, and implementation initiatives that improve workflows, data utilization, and overall system effectiveness. The DCA supervises (where applicable) staff supporting application optimization, training, and user support while fostering a collaborative, continuously improving environment.
