Job DescriptionLead Access Control Installation Technician (Contract-to-Hire)Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Access Control Installation Technician or a strong Level 2 Technician who can work independently and is ready to grow into a leadership role. This position focuses on leading commercial security system installations while maintaining high standards for quality, customer service, and project execution. The right candidate will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, and programming enterprise-level access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems, with the ability to supervise projects and mentor team members. Training and advancement opportunities are available for technicians looking to strengthen their leadership skills.
