Job Description We are partnering with an internationally recognized technology leader to identify a dynamic and goal-driven Growth Marketing Leader who will take complete ownership of marketing initiatives across the Americas. This strategic position has been created to significantly expand their footprint in the U.S. market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating tangible growth through lead generation and e-commerce revenue while advancing the organization's overarching commercial objectives. Core Accountabilities Digital Performance & E-Commerce • Manage digital merchandising initiatives, product rollouts, and promotional campaigns at the regional level, • Propel e-commerce revenue expansion utilizing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, programmatic campaigns, and CRO methodologies, • Deploy lead acquisition programs leveraging content strategy, webinars, landing page optimization, and virtual events, • Orchestrate omnichannel campaigns spanning email, paid social media, display advertising, affiliate partnerships, and retargeting strategies, • Create automated nurturing sequences and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, • Oversee digital measurement systems including GA4 deployment, • Monitor channel KPIs, attribution frameworks, and cohort segmentation for customer acquisition intelligence, • Manage ambassador programs, influencer partnerships, and regional outreach initiatives, • Direct content adaptation and localization efforts for digital channels, • Collaborate with product teams, IT departments, and global marketing functions on campaign adaptation, • Execute market intelligence and competitive landscape assessment using digital resources, • Align marketing programs with sales objectives to support pipeline development targets Required Qualifications: • Experience working autonomously within cross-functional, international organizations, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline, • Demonstrated success expanding e-commerce revenue and executing omnichannel campaigns in B2B and/or B2C environments, • 8-10 years in digital marketing roles with concentrated expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and e-commerce, • Expert command of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools, • Comprehensive understanding of email campaigns, automation sequences, ABM tactics, and digital lead qualification, • Advanced capabilities in SEO/SEM, programmatic buying, paid social advertising, CRO, A/B experimentation, and funnel measurement, • Native-level English fluency with exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, • Background in affiliate programs, influencer platform management, and digital collaboration strategies, • Graduate degree (MBA or Master's degree in Marketing), • Spanish language fluency, • Professional certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or comparable platforms, • Track record managing geographically distributed teams in matrix-based, multinational settings, • Expertise with marketing technology ecosystems, data visualization tools, predictive modeling, and intent data platforms, • Agency relationship and vendor coordination experience Compensation: • Base Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience), • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $110,000, • Compensation Structure: 70% base / 30% variable (performance-based incentive tied to measurable revenue impact from e-commerce growth) Benefits Package Includes: • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Paid time off and paid leave days, • Professional development and career advancement opportunities, • International team collaboration and exposure to global markets Working Arrangements Location: Denver, Colorado, United States Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Reporting Structure: Reports to Swiss-based hiring manager Team Structure: Independent contributor role with no direct reports; requires high-level expertise, initiative, and strategic execution within a cross-functional global organization Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
