Position Overview LHT Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled, exceptionally organized Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the CEO | President and Executive Advisors. Key Responsibilities Executive Support • Manage calendars, schedules, and agendas for the CEO and Executive Advisors., • Coordinate meetings, events, briefings, and executive engagements., • Screen and manage correspondence, including email triage, drafting responses, and maintaining organized archives., • Handle incoming calls with professionalism; route inquiries and provide accurate information as needed., • Prepare, edit, and format presentations, and executive documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva., • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries., • Track and prepare expense reports and reimbursement documentation., • Provide occasional personal support and maintain responsiveness outside standard business hours when necessary. Project Coordination • Create and maintain project schedules, calendars, timelines, and task lists., • Update project plans, maintain documentation, and ensure all records are current and accessible., • Serve as the communication hub between team members, stakeholders, vendors, and clients., • Assist with resource coordination, including ordering, tracking, and allocating materials., • Identify risks, delays, or issues and proactively escalate or resolve them., • Support day‑to‑day project operations to ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred., • 5+ years of experience in an executive support role within an office environment., • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative project support., • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Familiarity with project management tools and document-sharing platforms., • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels., • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Proven discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality; NDA required., • Ability to pass U.S. Secret Service and/or Dignitary Protection background checks., • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational capabilities., • Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or notable clients preferred., • Customer service mindset with a refined sense of hospitality and professionalism., • Proactive, self-directed, and creative problem-solving approach., • Ability to anticipate executive needs and adapt quickly to shifting priorities., • Understanding of funeral service and/or event management is a plus, but not required.
