Job Summary: As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly tracked, stored, shipped, and received in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising a team of warehouse workers, screen printers, and members of the fulfilment department. You will ensure the warehouse is running efficiently and orderly, and fully stocked with all the blank apparel supplies needed for all pending orders. You will be reporting directly to the CMO and CEO. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Managing all facets of screen-printing production, e-commerce order fulfilment, and warehouse management– including : • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly stored, shipped, and received., • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed., • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded in the warehouse management system (Shopify)., • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse operations, including safety procedures and quality control standards., • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the efficient flow of materials and products., • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed., • Manage the shipping and receiving schedules to ensure the timely delivery of products., • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity., • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment., • Light warehouse equipment maintenance., • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations., • Perform other duties as assigned by management, which may include driving our company van to pick-up/drop-off merchandise in both NJ and NYC.
