Were seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Associate Director of Site Development to join our growing New Site Development team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role responsible for leading strategic partnership execution, project managing clinic set-up/build-outs, and contributing to enterprise-level growth initiatives. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing new physician and institutional partnerships that support the expansion of our clinical trial site network. This is not a business development role and does not involve pharmaceutical or CRO client management. This operations-forward position focuses on creating scalable systems, launching successful physician partnerships, and managing the full site development lifecycle. Main Objective: The Associate Director, Site Development is responsible for advancing DelRichts growth strategy by identifying, building and launching new physician and institutional partnerships. This individual contributor role will work cross-functionally to assess and operationalize strategic opportunities with physician partners in order to advance Enterprise growth goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited to design and implement scalable processes to support network expansion. Key Responsibilities * • Lead Physician Partnership Identification and Outreach, • Independently drive PI identification and outreach opportunities including managing all outreach, vetting, and early-stage deal activities through signed agreement., • Lead conversations with future physician partners and provide overview of our partnership model while actively managing all next steps in the outreach process, • Ensure each opportunity is strategically aligned and culturally compatible with larger Enterprise growth goals., • Track and update all leads, milestones, and timelines using internal dashboard and project management tools, • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development, throughout the identification and outreach process to support site-level implementation., • Drive Space Activation and Launch Project Management, • Serve as the operational lead for new site activations which includes managing physical space readiness, IT setup, signage, vendor timelines, and equipment delivery., • Travel onsite as needed to assess alignment, troubleshoot early issues, and reinforce DelRichts cultural expectations., • Deliver launch readiness on-time, ensuring full coordination across internal departments and local site teams., • Strengthen New Site Development Department Infrastructure, • Own and continuously improve internal trackers, templates, and playbooks to standardize processes across the department., • Lead quarterly process improvement initiatives to advance and scale the cycle of site development, • Design and implement new tools to reduce rework and improve cross-functional visibility., • Conduct audits of current workflows and drive recommended action plans for improvement, • Contribute to Enterprise Strategy, • Complete and lead market territory assessments, identifying expansion opportunities across markets and therapeutic areas., • Lead performance improvement work streams to enhance overall company strategy and growth, • Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and present action plans and outcomes Skills needed to win: * • Required: +5 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, clinical research, or provider strategy, • Required: +3 years in a project management type role with an operational execution mindset, • Required: Ability to travel ~50% for partnership meetings and site visits, • Required: Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives independently from concept to execution, • Required: Strong project management skills and operational execution mindset, • Preferred: Experience working with or within independent physician practices, multi-specialty groups, or health systems, • Experience initiating outbound outreach to business partners -
