Loiale is a fully managed customer growth system for ecommerce, retail and hospitality brands. We build and run the customer engagement infrastructure that helps brands increase repeat purchases, retention and LTV. Most companies have fragmented tools, disconnected customer data, generic campaigns, and loyalty programs that don’t really move revenue. Loiale fixes that. We connect to the brand’s existing stack, unify customer data across channels, build the retention and loyalty infrastructure, and operate it every month with a dedicated team. Email, SMS, push, loyalty mechanics, rewards, segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, LTV reporting, AI-powered win-backs, upsells and customer growth initiatives. We build it, run it, and continuously improve it. The client gets the outcome without having to hire the team, manage more tools, or build the infrastructure internally. We’re looking for someone to own the commercial side of Loiale. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Build the commercial engine from scratch You’ll own the full outbound motion: target accounts, lead lists, signals, enrichment, copy, sequences, follow-up and reporting. You’ll use tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and whatever else helps us create pipeline. Own pipeline from first touch to signed contract You won’t just book meetings. You’ll open conversations, qualify opportunities, run discovery, shape proposals, manage follow-up and help close deals. Sell a new category Loiale is not SaaS. It is not a traditional agency either. We are a managed customer system: we build the infrastructure, connect to the client’s stack, and operate the customer growth engine every month. You’ll need to understand this deeply and make it land with senior buyers. Work directly with senior executives You’ll speak with founders, CMOs, Heads of CRM, Heads of Retention, Heads of Ecommerce, Loyalty leaders and operators at serious B2C companies. You’ll join client meetings, lead commercial conversations, take sharp notes, follow up like a founder, and help move deals forward. Shape positioning, pricing and packaging You’ll work directly with the CEO on how we position Loiale, which verticals we prioritize, how we package the offer, how we price, and how we turn early traction into a repeatable commercial motion. Build relationship infrastructure We don’t want to rely only on cold outbound. You’ll help build an invite-only network of B2C leaders: private dinners, small events, CMO circles, retention operators, ecommerce founders and executive relationships that create warm pipeline over time. Do whatever moves revenue This is an early-stage company. The role will change fast. You’ll need to be comfortable selling, testing, building, fixing, following up, learning and moving without waiting for perfect instructions. WHO YOU ARE • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, agency business development, consulting, partnerships or GTM at an early-stage company., • You have run full sales cycles before, or you are clearly ready to., • Ideally, you have closed deals above €20k ARR., • You are commercially sharp. You understand trust, timing, urgency, positioning, follow-up and how senior buyers make decisions., • You are entrepreneurial. You don’t just want a sales role. You want ownership, upside and the chance to build something from the ground up., • You have native or near-native English. Most of our outreach, materials and client communication are in English., • You understand services businesses, technology businesses, or ideally both., • You are comfortable with ambiguity. You don’t need everything to be defined before taking action., • You are confident in rooms with senior executives. C-suite conversations don’t intimidate you., • You know the modern GTM stack, or you can learn it fast: Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, enrichment tools and outbound workflows., • You are Barcelona-based or willing to relocate. This role is on-site. WHAT YOU GET A founding commercial role with real ownership. The chance to build and lead the commercial side of Loiale.
