Tareas: Como responsable: - Coordinar y supervisar el buen funcionamiento de las actividades acuáticas escolares/extraescolares. - Junto con el equipo de responsables del área técnica planificar, proponer, coordinar y ejecutar actividades para dinamizar y optimizar el área de actividades acuáticas escolares/extraescolares. - Apoyar a responsables de área técnica en otras labores de piscina. Federación ASEM busca incorporar un/a director/a para liderar las Colonias ASEM 2025, un proyecto con más de 20 ediciones realizadas. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Planificación y coordinación del proyecto: Diseñar el cronograma general y supervisar todas las actividades de las Colonias ASEM 2025. Gestión de inscripciones y documentación: Coordinar el proceso de inscripción de participantes, recopilando y organizando la documentación necesaria, tanto de los/as participantes como del equipo de trabajo. Formación del equipo: Planificar y ejecutar sesiones de formación para los monitores y el personal sanitario, asegurando que todos/as cuenten con la preparación necesaria para atender a los participantes. Supervisión logística: Gestionar la logística del campamento, incluyendo alojamiento, transporte, distribución de materiales y equipamiento técnico adaptado. Control de gastos: Administrar el presupuesto asignado, asegurando la optimización de recursos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros del proyecto. Supervisión y atención personalizada: Velar por la atención centrada en la persona, garantizando la seguridad y el uso de ayudas técnicas adaptadas a las necesidades individuales. Gestión del equipo interdisciplinar: Liderar al personal de monitores (con una ratio 1/1), personal sanitario y de apoyo técnico, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y enriquecedor. Relación con las familias: Mantener comunicación constante y clara con las familias participantes, atendiendo dudas y asegurando una experiencia satisfactoria. Garantizar la inclusión: Potenciar la convivencia entre participantes con y sin patologías neuromusculares, creando un entorno seguro y enriquecedor. REQUISITOS Formación universitaria en el ámbito de la educación, trabajo social, psicología, gestión de proyectos o similar. Título de director/a de actividades de ocio infantil y juvenil. Experiencia demostrable como director/a o coordinador/a de campamentos, actividades recreativas o proyectos similares. Conocimientos sobre patologías neuromusculares o experiencia trabajando con personas con discapacidad. Habilidades en liderazgo, organización, gestión de equipos y administración de recursos. Experiencia en la gestión de inscripciones, documentación y control de gastos. Empatía, sensibilidad y compromiso con la inclusión y el desarrollo personal de los/as participantes. Disponibilidad para desplazarse y trabajar a jornada completa durante el desarrollo de las Colonias. VALORABLE Experiencia previa en proyectos con atención centrada en personas con discapacidad y adaptaciones técnicas. Conocimientos en primeros auxilios o formación sanitaria básica. Experiencia en la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad. OFRECEMOS Contrato temporal de 20 horas semanales, del 15 de marzo al 31 de julio.
