Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026) FUNCTION: Product Supply LOCATION: Lyon, France (hybrid working) JOB TYPE: Permanent ROLE SENIORITY: Senior Managerial GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: • To lead the global supply chain reporting and analytics function, enabling data-driven decision-making across planning, operations, and strategy., • This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable reporting frameworks, advanced analytics capabilities, and actionable insights that support performance improvement, risk mitigation, and strategic planning across the end-to-end supply chain., • Lead the Supply Chain data analytics and reporting team by orchestrating development of new capabilities in supply chain data analytics and by driving global supply chain performance reporting. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Strategic Leadership • Define and execute the global reporting and analytics strategy aligned with supply chain and business objectives, • Partner with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to identify reporting needs and analytics opportunities Reporting & Data Governance • Own the global supply chain reporting framework, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance across regions, • Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards, • Ensure data integrity and alignment with master data governance policies Advanced Analytics & Insights • Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory optimization, risk modeling), • Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making., • Drive adoption of statistical forecasting and machine learning tools across the organization. Team Leadership & Capability Building • Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts and data specialists., • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data literacy across the supply chain organization. Systems & Tools • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to optimize reporting platforms (e.g. o9, Power BI)., • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance analytics capabilities. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field, • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, • Experience with advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)., • Familiar with SC planning systems (ideally o9 and D365)., • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate in cross-cultural environments, • Strategic thinking and business acumen, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, • Leadership and team development, • Change management and adaptability, • High attention to detail and data quality Comfortable working in an agile environment., • English is a must, additional languages appreciated Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
