YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: • Owns demand data accuracy, ensuring the integrity of historical sales, market trends, and forecast inputs for demand planning, • Conducts deep-dive analysis, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies to support forecast validation and continuous improvement, • Develop scenario models, quantifying demand risks and opportunities to enhance decision-making in commercial and supply chain teams, • Manages demand planning tools and analytics platforms, ensuring accurate data processing and reporting, • Tracks and reports forecast accuracy, generating insights to improve demand planning performance and collaboration with commercial teams ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in analytical roles, with proven data analytics capabilities, • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify demand trends, and generate actionable insights, • Proficiency in demand planning tools & analytics platforms, ensuring accurate data processing, visualization, and reporting, • Advanced expertise in demand planning systems (e.g., o9, Kinaxis), leveraging statistical models, forecasting algorithms, and scenario planning for improved forecast accuracy, • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring forecast accuracy, consistency, and integrity in demand planning datasets, • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify forecast anomalies, assess root causes, and support data-driven decision-making, • Effective communication skills, translating complex data insights into clear, concise recommendations for cross-functional teams, • Collaboration & stakeholder engagement, working closely with demand planners, sales, and marketing teams to refine forecasts and improve planning accuracy Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
