Delivery rider (e-bike) - Cambridge

As a Zapp Rider you will work closely with our dark store teams to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. Responsibilities:

Delivering orders in timely manner using e-moped provided by Zapp

Following Zapp processes & procedures

Be a pioneer of exceptional customer service

Get stuck with the store operations when required

Requirements:

Great communication skills & proficiency in English

Familiar with Cambridge roads, and enjoy riding your bike

Experience in providing excellent customer service

Right to work in the UK

Valid CBT or full Driving Licence
