Stay informed of developments in travel regulations, airline offerings, and destination updates, and suggest improvements to enhance the agency’s service offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer communications, and bookings; assist with reporting and business performance tracking. Support marketing and customer acquisition strategies by providing feedback on client preferences and market trends.
