Head Waiter / Waitress

Indian Fine Dining Restaurant (part of The Kerala Group of Restaurants ) on the Triangle in Clifton, seeks a Head Waiter on a full-time basis.

Description of the role:

Engage with patrons to enhance their dining experience by providing them suggestions when requested and displaying a friendly and caring attitude.

Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in the restaurant area.

Support Cleaning and reorganizing the restaurant area post the dining session.

Manage the till and account for cash and takings at the end of the day.
