Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. We are currently looking for a Cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team. The company benefits our Cleaner will receive are: - 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) - Birthday day off - Discounted gym membership with GymFlex - Monthly well-being days with our Masseuse, Reflexologist, and Chiropodist - Private medical insurance with AXA - Private dental insurance with Bupa - Workplace nursery scheme - Cycle to Work Scheme - Employee Assistance Programme – Hospitality Action - Access to a company doctor - Eyecare & specs vouchers - In-house industry training - Sponsored social events - Recommend a friend bonus of £750 - Staff Accommodation (subject to availability) - Online retail discounts - Free English Classes - Freshly prepared meals whilst on duty The responsibilities of our Cleaner are: - Cleaning all areas of the club front of house and ensuring that these areas are kept immaculate at all times. - Providing porter assistance to the housekeeping team, including the moving of materials and equipment throughout the club. - Initiative and the ability to work without supervision, but as part of a team The Experience & Qualifications required of our Cleaner are: - Previous experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel or luxury establishment - Significant experience as a Porter or Housekeeper - Professional and discreet interaction with members and guests is essential The working hours: - 42.5 hours a week on a rota basis - Evening shifts with times varying between: 5pm-1am/4pm-12am - Night shifts with times varying between: 1am-9am/2am-10am The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year. ***Assistant Cleaner Position Available*** Purely cleaning assistant work - YOU WILL NOT BE DOING THE ENTIRE CLEANS BY YOURSELF! ☆ For those wanting a lot of job security & work all year round ☆ Salary: £31,200.00 *No deductions or tax. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-7:15pm (incl. 1hr break) **Location** Short walk from Pimlico, Battersea Park & Clapham South Tube stations. Oyster card will be provided to travel between jobs where necessary. Majority of clients are all neighbours in Pimlico. **Weekend Work** As-hoc available also if you want to top up £££. You will be working with me on all client jobs in & around Pimlico primarily (I try to keep all my clients in one area). You must be available all day 2-3 days out of the week to start with. This position will then become a full-time post, Mon-Fri very quickly. Customers are normally charged £60 for a 2 hour clean. You will earn £30 per 2hr clean: ☆ Four 2hr cleans a day = £120 ☆ Five days a week = £600 ☆ Which is equivalent to £31,200.00 annual salary. *Happy to provide 5 cleans a day if you want to earn even more money. **Perks** 1. You won’t have to do any work ‘finding work’ as I will provide you with the 4 cleans a day. 2. Cleans will be easy; two pairs of hands are better than just one. 3. Cleans will be much shorter working together, saving us time & earning you more money. **You must be** 1. Hardworking & Fit: This job is labour intensive but fun! 2. Reliable: You must turn up to work on time without fail. I cannot let my existing clients down as they rely on me, especially when it is Air BnB. 3. Prior cleaning experience preferred (or) you must be able to clean to a very high & professional standard.
