Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior waiter/waitress role within a hospitality or restaurant environment., • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities., • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure., • Basic knowledge of food safety and health regulations., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
