We're looking for an experienced Data Integrity Analyst to join our growing team and help turn information into meaningful tools to accurately maintain data In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their challenges, answer key business questions and provide data-driven recommendations. You'll work from dashboards and reports, to focus on Data Integrity to ensure all data is accurate to allow the smooth running of business processes. You will then have the opportunity to feedback to team leaders and managers if regular errors or training needs are identified because of this This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business partnering, helping colleagues unlock the full value of data and driving continuous improvement across reporting and business processes. Based on the role profile, you'll play a key role in delivering actionable results that shape business performance Where will I be Working? Working 5 days per week based out of Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR) Working hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week More about you You'll be an experienced data professional who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insight and telling compelling stories through data. To be successful in this role, you'll have: • Experience working as an Insight Analyst – within data integrity or similar analytical role., • Advanced Excel skills and experience querying large datasets., • Experience using reports and dashboards such as Power BI along with experience in using/creating AI agents, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving data related problems, • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to a range of stakeholders in a clear and engaging way., • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into meaningful analytical outputs. It would be beneficial if you also have: • Experience working with finance related data sets, • Understanding of project delivery methodologies and stakeholder engagement within project environments., • Knowledge of data management principles, governance and information systems.
