    Team Leader – Chozen Katsu Express | ExCeL London, E16 Legacy Koncepts is looking for a reliable, hands-on Team Leader to take day-to-day responsibility for our Chozen Katsu Express kiosk at ExCeL London. Chozen Katsu Express serves freshly prepared Asian-inspired food in a fast-paced exhibition environment. The role is primarily based at the kiosk, although you will also be trained and expected to work within our other Chozen outlets at ExCeL when required. This is an operational role for someone who enjoys working alongside the team while providing clear direction, maintaining standards and ensuring the kiosk runs smoothly. What We Offer • £13.91 per hour., • A minimum of 64 guaranteed hours during each four-week pay period., • Additional hours available during busy event periods., • Performance and timekeeping bonus of up to £1.50 per hour after successfully completing a three-month probationary period., • Paid training and development., • Company pension contribution., • Staff meal while working., • 50% staff discount at other times., • Based at ExCeL London, E16. Hours are arranged around ExCeL’s changing event schedule and will not necessarily be spread evenly across each week. Your Responsibilities • Open and close the kiosk and ensure it is properly prepared for service., • Lead the allocated team during the shift and position staff effectively across serving, tills, food preparation and replenishment duties., • Work alongside the team and lead by example during busy service periods., • Maintain an efficient flow of food from preparation through to customer service., • Liaise with the kitchen and wider management team to replenish food before it runs out, while avoiding unnecessary overproduction and waste., • Maintain strict food-safety, allergen, hygiene, cleaning and labelling standards., • Promote a proactive clean-as-you-go approach and ensure closing cleaning is completed thoroughly., • Complete temperature checks, monitoring forms and other food-safety records accurately., • Monitor stock, cooking levels and wastage throughout the shift., • Operate the till accurately and follow card, cash and ExCeL voucher procedures when required., • Maintain food quality, presentation and portion-control standards., • Deliver friendly customer service and deal with minor customer concerns professionally., • Encourage appropriate recommendations and upselling to help maximise sales., • Report operational, equipment, staffing or compliance concerns promptly to management. Who We Are Looking For You should be: • Experienced in fast food, QSR or another busy food-service environment., • Confident working at pace while maintaining food quality and attention to detail., • Reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for an outlet during your shift., • Able to give clear instructions and uphold standards while treating colleagues fairly, patiently and respectfully., • Willing to work alongside the team rather than supervise from the sidelines., • Proactive about food safety, cleaning, labelling and completing required records., • Comfortable using tills and carrying out basic stock and numerical tasks., • Flexible enough to work regular weekends and across the Chozen outlets when required., • Physically able to remain standing for extended periods and undertake normal manual-handling duties. Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. We will also consider an experienced and dependable QSR team member who is ready to take the next step into leadership. A Level 2 Food Safety certificate would be beneficial, although the successful candidate will be required to complete Legacy Koncepts’ mandatory Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, Health and Safety and COSHH training.

Assist with the day-to-day progression of immigration, asylum, human rights and appeal files under the principal solicitor’s supervision., 2. Take client instructions, prepare accurate attendance notes and maintain organised electronic case files., 3. Review decisions and evidence, identifying missing documents and legal, procedural or evidential issues for the solicitor’s attention., 4. Research the Immigration Rules, legislation, case law, Home Office guidance and relevant country evidence as directed., 5. This role will be primarily based at Detroit City Burger, although you may occasionally support another outlet. Excel’s event schedule makes every week different. We need someone who can lead a team through busy services, stay organised when demand changes quickly, and take real ownership of the outlet’s food safety, cleanliness and presentation. Pay, hours and benefits • £15 per hour, with a pay review after six months., • A minimum of 100 hours in each four-week period (an average of 25 hours per week), with additional hours available during busy events., • Shifts follow the event schedule. Weekend work is an expected part of the role, particularly when major events are taking place.
