Qualified Management Accountant Opportunities - Housing experience ideal Management Accountant (Qualified)Not-for-Profit Organisation | North London Permanent & 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Opportunities Hybrid Working - 2 Days per Week in the Office We are working with a large, well-established Not-for-Profit organisation based in North London that is looking to appoint two Qualified Management Accountants to join its growing finance function.There are two positions available: • 1 x Permanent Management Accountant, • Preparation of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary, • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, • Detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, • Development of robust financial models to support planning, investment proposals and business cases, • Acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner to non-finance budget holders, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight, • Supporting strong financial controls, governance and continuous improvement initiatives, • Working collaboratively across finance and the wider organisation within a large, complex structureAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:, • Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), • Have proven Management Accounting experience within a medium to large organisation, • Demonstrate strong Finance Business Partnering capability, • Possess excellent budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills, • Have advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise, • Be highly analytical, with strong attention to detail, • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders, • Demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively across large and complex organisationsExperience within social housing or the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable, but not essential.What’s on Offer, • Salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, • Hybrid working model - 2 days per week in the office, • Opportunity to work in a values-led organisation with real social impact, • Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic finance activity, • Supportive, collaborative culture within a large finance team
