This is not a pharmacy-counter, office or remote role. You must be comfortable working outdoors, approaching households respectfully and accepting refusals immediately. Good Health Pharmacies Ltd is hiring two Community Outreach Representatives for a four-week paid pilot in Tottenham. PAY AND HOURS • Four-week fixed-term PAYE employment, • 24 paid hours per week, normally four 6-hour daytime shifts agreed in advance, • £14.50 per hour, • Up to £100 per week quality bonus, based only on attendance, accurate records, training, safe conduct and compliance, • Pre-approved business travel reimbursed, • Paid training and a paid supervised assessment shift, • Statutory holiday entitlement THE ROLE You will speak respectfully with local residents at their doorsteps and in community locations. Using approved factual materials, you will explain our pharmacy services and signpost interested residents to an official pharmacy QR or contact route. This is not a commission-sales role. Residents remain free to choose any pharmacy. Pay and bonuses are never linked to patient nominations, prescriptions, medicine items, personal details or conversions.
