This position is being offered on a full-time basis, although applications from candidates seeking part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered. • Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy and children arrangements matters from initial instruction through to resolution., • Advise clients on complex and high-value financial matters with sensitivity and professionalism., • Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis, including liaising with experts, counsel and the courts where required., • Provide empathetic, client-focused support, maintaining regular communication to ensure clients are fully informed and supported throughout the legal process., • Ensure clients achieve the best possible outcomes through effective negotiation, strategic thinking and excellent legal advice., • Lead and develop the Family team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment., • Supervise, mentor and support junior members of staff, including apprentices and trainee solicitors, helping to develop the next generation of family lawyers., • Play an active role in business development by maintaining and developing relationships with existing and prospective referrers and professional contacts.
