Upholsterer & Furniture Restoration Technician (Employed) Youll attend pre-booked appointments in your region, to complete: Furniture repairs and inspections to upholstery, cabinets, beds and mattresses Inspection and liability reporting using a custom-built app Professional customer communication from arrival to completion High standards in both repair quality and report quality, with the goal of keeping the furniture in the home, keeping the customer happy, and keeping the client fully informed through reporting Upholstery & Furniture Restoration Training and support: You wont be thrown in the deep end. Full training is provided at the West Midlands HQ with hotel and travel covered. Theres a dedicated training centre and experienced training managers to close any skill gaps and make sure youre confident before working independently. Youll also have access to head-office based Technician Managers for technical support whenever you need it.
