About the Role:
Ghazi Elite Ltd T/A Zee Mobile and Computer Services is a specialist mobile phone repair company based in Birmingham. We focus on advanced micro soldering and board-level repairs for mobile phones and other electronic devices. We’re seeking a skilled Micro Soldering Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality repair services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mobile phone components at the micro-level, including soldering and board-level repairs.
• Replace components such as ICs, connectors, and capacitors using precise micro soldering techniques.
• Test all repaired devices to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain an organised workspace and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Document repairs and update our systems as required.
Requirements:
• Experience in micro soldering and mobile phone repair (particularly with major brands like iPhones and Samsung).
• Strong attention to detail and steady hands for precision soldering.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, microscopes, and micro-soldering equipment.
• Problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in mobile technology.
Desirable Skills:
• Certification in electronics repair or micro soldering is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a busy repair shop or similar environment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic software for mobile phones.
