In this role you will lead our sales efforts to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers at our leisure/golf sites. Key Duties: To devise & implement the marketing plan to maximise sales of memberships, golf societies, functions, business meetings and casual golfers, implementing effective prospecting, networking and referral schemes. To set internal targets with Centre Manager for all staff with respect to sales. Fully support and promote all Mytime Active Programmes, events and challenges Promote and cross-sell other services provided within the centres, to encourage customers to participate other activities, e.g: swimming, group exercise and Golf. To ensure the management, development and co-ordination of staff resources are effectively meeting all operational requirements; To ensure all staff have regular scheduled one-to-one meetings.; Role requirements: Previous experience of working in a customer services environment, including membership and/or function sales, cash handling and promotions. Experience of working in the Golf/Leisure industry. Marketing experienceand customer service/sales training. Interested?
