We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a region of approximately 13 sites across the East Midlands. This opportunity is with a well-established branded casual dining business that is continuing to invest in its estate and people. You'll inherit a fully staffed region and be responsible for supporting your General Managers, driving performance, and ensuring sites deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving commercial targets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support a portfolio of 15–20 sites across the region., • Drive performance across labour, sales, gross profit and key operational KPIs., • Ensure sites consistently deliver excellent guest service and operational standards., • Coach and develop General Managers and their teams to improve performance and engagement., • Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development across the region., • Share best practice and implement successful ways of working across multiple sites., • Work closely with senior leadership to support business objectives and growth plans., • Play a key role in supporting the ongoing refurbishment programme across the estate., • Ensure compliance, health & safety, and company standards are maintained across all locations., • Manage reporting, administration and operational processes accurately and on time. About You We're looking for an established multi-site leader who enjoys developing people, improving standards and driving commercial results. Experience Required • Proven experience as an operations Manager within a multi-site environment., • Background within branded casual dining, hospitality, QSR, retail or leisure., • Strong understanding of labour management, profitability and KPI delivery., • Track record of improving operational standards and business performance., • Experience coaching and developing General Managers and leadership teams., • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, customer-focused business. Ideal Background We're keen to speak with experienced Operations Managers from branded casual dining, restaurant groups, hospitality, QSR, retail or other multi-site customer-facing businesses. This role is best suited to someone already operating at Operations Manager level, with a proven track record of leading multiple sites, developing high-performing teams and delivering strong commercial results.
