Electrical Project Manager MEP Contracting / Building Services West London A leading M&E contractor renowned for delivering some of the most complex and high-profile projects across sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, and commercial - is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This position is to lead the electrical package on a large-scale Data Centre based in West London. Key Responsibilities: • Lead delivery of the electrical scope, working closely with internal teams and coordinating with other disciplines and subcontractors., • Manage electrical subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and installations., • Oversee all electrical interfaces across packages and workstreams, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with project specifications., • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the client, design teams, and site teams., • Identify risks within the electrical scope and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient delivery., • Support the project’s sustainability and carbon reduction objectives through active management of energy use, materials, and methodologies. Package & Benefits: • Basic salary: £90,000 - £100,000, • £5,000 car allowance, • Travel expenses, • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, • Private healthcare, • Generous pension scheme, • Bonus potential Requirements: • Strong electrical engineering background, with a thorough understanding of electrical installation techniques, commissioning processes, and systems integration., • Proven ability to manage electrical systems through design, installation, and commissioning phases., • Experience managing complex electrical packages on major building services projects., • Proficiency in construction planning, scheduling, and delivering work packages from pre-con through to completion., • Sound knowledge of health and safety practices including electrical safety, working at height, fire safety, and site logistics., • Strong understanding of quality assurance and commissioning protocols, including cause & effect testing, BMS integration, and IST processes., • Relevant qualifications such as BTEC / HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)., • CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.
