Sales Coordinator Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + commission (OTE £5,000 per annum) Monday Friday, 8:30am 5pm (39 hours per week). Kettering. Full time - office based. Permanent. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their Kettering-based team. This role is ideal for a motivated, resilient sales professional who enjoys building relationships over the phone and is confident making targeted outbound calls to architects and contractors. The position is heavily telephone-based, with a strong emphasis on proactive outbound sales activity. While strong organisational skills and a high level of customer service are important, the primary focus of the role is sales rather than order processing. Success in this role will come from confidence in approaching new contacts, the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers, and a persistent, results-driven approach to generating opportunities. Summary of duties for the Sales Coordinator: Working within a designated postcode area, you will manage a live pipeline of approximately 250350 active projects. Youll maintain regular contact on ongoing projects, discussing quotations, providing product advice, negotiating pricing, and managing expectations around lead times. As projects can change or drop away, protecting and progressing your pipeline will be an important part of the role. You will be responsible for influencing decision-makers, positioning our clients products effectively, and supporting the successful award of contracts on behalf of our client. Over time, you will develop strong working relationships with architects and contractors, helping to generate repeat and inbound opportunities. There is an ongoing expectation to grow both your pipeline and contact base, with time allocated each week to identifying and approaching future projects.
