Our client, a professional services business based in Exeter, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. This is a key on-site role, acting as the operational hub of the business and a first point of contact for clients. This position suits someone highly organised, proactive, and dependable - someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring nothing is missed. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client communications, • Coordinate internal office activity to ensure priorities and actions are managed effectively, • Prepare documentation and support meeting readiness and information flow, • Proactively anticipate team and client needs, • Support workflows and deadlines, enabling delivery teams to focus on core work, • Maintain accurate organisation of client records and documentation, • Liaise closely with delivery teams and Client Portfolio Leads, • Manage and support the Support Team, • Champion process improvement and system optimisation, • Ensure all client interactions reflect a professional, well-managed organisation About You • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, • Proactive, reliable, and accountable, with strong follow-through, • Clear, professional communicator, • Confident working across multiple teams and managing people, • Ownership-driven, focused on efficiency and adding value Systems Experience • Xero | CCH | Microsoft Office 365 What's On Offer • Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience, • A central, visible role within an Exeter-based business, • Opportunity to influence processes and become a trusted operational lead
