At Ashfield MedComms, a division of Inizio, we help major pharmaceutical companies with the publication and presentation of key research projects at international medical journals and congresses. As a Database/Publications Coordinator you will be an integral part of the publications team, tracking the review process for developing medical publications. You will maintain and report on client databases, track timelines, and author comments through a publication review database, iEnvision, and Excel spreadsheets; providing accurate and timely updates to meet client and author needs. You will also accurately upload and download information regarding ongoing projects and ensure this is communicated to the relevant contacts. You will work with a team of medical writers and account managers to ensure that the publication process runs smoothly and according to established targets. Who is the ideal candidate? As you will be tracking and reporting on others’ work, high levels of attention to detail and excellent word processing skills are a must. We’re looking for a methodical, process-driven individual with strong communication skills who can work well within part of an established team. You must have the ability to work under your own initiative and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Previous experience in data administration and a background in healthcare communications/pharmaceuticals would certainly be advantageous, but not essential. • Typical daily tasks for the Database/Publications Co-ordinator:, • Regular contact with client through email and Teams calls., • Accurately upload/download information regarding ongoing projects., • Proactively forward information from the database to relevant members of the editorial team., • Correctly file information from the database in relevant internal electronic folders., • Accurately and regularly update relevant publication trackers, providing internal updates where necessary., • Inform supervisor of any issues relating to the database and work toward resolving the problems in conjunction with other editorial team members. Job Introduction The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist the regional Sales team, RMD and National Marketing Manager in executing the marketing strategy and Community Matters programme, as well as coordinating customer communications, to support the region's business objectives and continued growth. There will also be elements in supporting other departments in the region occasionally. Main Responsibilities • Support the regional Sales team and National Marketing Manager amassing quality leads and adequate footfall by analysing buyer profiles and local market information that will be used to devise a development marketing strategy and make recommendations for tactical messaging and content. • Perform regular audits of all digital collateral, including, but not limited to, development web pages, Google pay-per-click campaigns, social media, and portals, ensuring that copy and imagery is brand compliant, grammatically correct and promoting Gleeson's core values. • Assist the sales team and admins in ensuring new plot releases are correctly uploaded to the Gleeson website and portals and digital communications are scheduled. • Assist the sales teams in the formation and execution of Home of the Week, Featured Home, and stock plot campaigns across all digital channels and portals. • Attend weekly meetings with sales to discuss lead performance and provide recommendations of upcoming activity to overcome issues. • Work closely with National Marketing Manager to support strategic, forward planning on focus developments • Assist the regional team in the organisation of regional development and community events, including show home openings, dignitary visits and charitable endeavours. • Support the implementation of Gleeson's Community Matters Programme throughout the region and work alongside sales team to identify local schools, community groups and other organisations. • Conduct regular development visits to ensure that collateral, signage, and the sales arena are brand compliant and in good condition, as well as checking the status of any stock plots and featured homes, ensuring such plots are presentable before focus campaigns are scheduled. • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales colleagues and RMD, ensuring all parties are aware of any specific campaigns, current development marketing strategies and messaging and Community Matters-related activity and events.
