What You'll Be Doing • Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment work., • Supporting the upkeep of buildings, equipment, grounds, and facilities., • Using your trade skills in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, decorating, or joinery., • Completing routine health and safety, fire safety, and site compliance checks., • Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently., • Supporting contractors and suppliers when specialist works are required., • Maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance records., • Helping ensure facilities remain safe, secure, and well-presented. What We're Looking For • Has experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related trade., • Is practical, proactive, and enjoys solving problems., • Takes pride in delivering high-quality work., • Understands the importance of health and safety., • Can work independently and as part of a team., • Has good organisational and communication skills., • Holds a full UK driving licence.
