Lead on building pathology assessments and produce high-quality technical reports, including Scott Schedules where needed. Liaise with customers, delivery partners, colleagues, and, on occasion, legal professionals to resolve issues and progress cases. Review home improvement requests, party wall matters, adaptation requests, and ensure asset protection. Support technical decision-making around planned works, replacements and component improvements. Work with voids colleagues to scope and agree work specifications aligned with letting standards. Ensure all work complies with H&S legislation, internal policies, building regulations and best practice.
